You will work alongside Project Managers, technicians, and other team members to safely and efficiently complete demolition, cleaning, contents handling, drying, and general restoration activities.</p><p>This is a hands-on position that requires physical work, attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.</p><p>You don't need to know everything on day one. <strong>We can teach you restoration. You will work alongside Project Managers, technicians, and other team members to safely and efficiently complete demolition, cleaning, contents handling, drying, and general restoration activities.</p><p>This is a hands-on position that requires physical work, attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.</p><p>You don't need to know everything on day one. <strong>We can teach you restoration. What we can't teach is work ethic, accountability, and pride in what you do.</strong></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><h3><strong>Restoration &amp; Jobsite Work</strong></h3><ul><li>Assist with water, fire, storm, and other restoration projects</li><li>Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials as directed</li><li>Assist with cleaning and treatment of affected areas</li><li>Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment when applicable</li><li>Assist with contents packing, moving, cleaning, and storage</li><li>Help prepare properties for reconstruction and restoration</li><li>Load, unload, organize, and maintain equipment and materials</li><li>Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the project</li></ul><h3><strong>Customer Service</strong></h3><ul><li>Treat customers' homes, belongings, and businesses with care and respect</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers while working in their property</li><li>Answer basic questions appropriately and direct project-specific questions to the Project Manager</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on every job</li><li>Protect customer property and minimize additional damage whenever possible</li></ul><h3><strong>Safety &amp; Quality</strong></h3><ul><li>Follow company safety policies and procedures</li><li>Use personal protective equipment appropriately</li><li>Follow industry standards and company procedures</li><li>Identify and communicate unsafe conditions or potential hazards</li><li>Use tools and equipment properly</li><li>Perform work carefully and efficiently</li><li>Take pride in completing work correctly rather than simply completing it quickly</li></ul><h3><strong>Teamwork &amp;
